2017 Masters Thesis Exhibition

An annual exhibition celebrating our Masters Program Graduates:

Concurrently showing, the Masters Thesis Exhibition will spotlight the fully developed work of the KCAD students who have completed their graduate studies in Fine Arts and Architecture. These students have spent the last few years broadening both their technical abilities and their understanding of their respective disciplines, and this exhibition offers a rare glimpse into the process, methodology, and passion that went into the compilation of their final thesis projects.

Exhibition Opening Reception

BOUND -Art.Downtown

Just as the pages of a book can be bound together, so can the lives of individuals. Two artists explore the many connections present in their lives in book forms utilized as collections of information and knowledge. These artists use traditional book forms combined with sculpture as book.

Please join Alluvium Gallery and artists Bohan Li and Amber Bledsoe for an opening reception on April 8th from 12-9pm. 

This opening reception will also include sketch book making activities throughout the day as part of Art.Downtown 2017.

Gallery Hours: Wed, Thurs, Fri 4-8pm; Sat 11-3 (extended hours on April 8)

Aeipathy Opening Reception

The opening reception for Aeipathy, a show organized by a group of KCAD students. 

Aeipathy is a group of artists who have been taken by an unyielding disease: the need to create. This group of artists, diverse in backgrounds and concentrations, all have one thing in common: a continuing passion that has stuck with them throughout their years at Kendall College of Art and Design. They have come together to show their best creations, and put on a successful, cohesive show under one roof.
